Shipping to all of Colombia, our shipping allies guarantee security and coverage so that your candles arrive in perfect conditions.

Shipping costs: $10.000 pesos colombianos. 

Free shipping 

The client will receive FREE shipping if the total cost of their purchase is higher than $150.000 pesos colombianos. 

Delivery time

For main cities the estimated delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days. For other cities, the estimated time is from 5 to 8 business days depending on the destination.

Refunda

Each and every one of our candles are packed with the utmost care. If your package was delivered in bad conditions, please contact us at clarezaclandle@gmail.com or our instagram account (@clarezacandles) with a description and photographs of what happened to your product; if damage is the case CLAREZA will take care of the new delivery fee. 

We do NOT accept refunds or money devolutions, in addition, we will only accept changes in items that show evident damage or failure of quality.
